Base pay range $168,500.00/yr - $286,900.00/yr
Job Overview This job posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days, from 09-Oct-2025. The posting may close early due to the volume of applicants. Each Director, Segment Marketing will be a core member of their assigned Segment (Workplace or NTW) business leadership team, setting objectives and prioritizing firm‑wide work in service to driving business segment/MM outcomes. These executives will serve as the EBM leaders accountable to segment/market management leader for delivering all aligned‑upon EBM segment outcomes, leveraging all functions within EBM. This executive will own the business segment EBM budget, provide vision and leadership for end‑to‑end EBM strategy and deliver on go‑to‑market strategies and differentiated client/branch experiences that achieve strong business ROI.
The Director Segment Marketing is senior leader and core member of Segment/MM business leadership team, setting objectives and prioritizing firm‑wide work in service to driving business segment/MM outcomes.
Is jointly accountable for EBM's contribution to topline objectives with assigned business segment/MM leaders, and accountable for building and delivering EBM's strategic plan in service to the segments/MM strategic plans
Responsible for effectively harnessing the capabilities of the entire EBM organization to support their assigned segments/MM strategy for growth, ensuring a comprehensive, seamless "end‑to‑end" EBM mindset and execution across all EBM functions
Responsible for strategy, budget, and prioritization of EBM‑originated initiatives for assigned segment/MM
Responsible for defining and implementing the go‑to‑market strategy for each assigned segment/or market Management function
Partners with EBM Analytics leader to measure the effectiveness of client experience and marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize business‑specific strategies
Is an advocate of client/advisor obsession - drives priority solutions and creates impact and outcomes in the moments that matter for Edward Jones clients and advisors
Builds strong partnerships and can influence other functional teams across enterprise to ensure alignment and consistency across all EBM efforts
Coach and develop EBM talent within the matrix emphasizing accountability for outcomes, flexibility, systems thinking and cross‑functional fluency
