ROLE SUMMARY : As a key member of the ABI Sales team, the Director, Sales will develop specific plans and targets aligned with overall AB One initiatives. This role owns the sales strategy for the On-Premise in Oklahoma City, encompassing sales, customer service, and marketing equipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Grow sales, market share, and MACO in the geographic area of responsibility. Lead and develop DSMs and Sales Reps to achieve KPIs. Develop strategic plans to meet target objectives. Manage a team of territory managers and sales employees. Plan and manage pricing strategies for profitable sales and volume growth. Ensure wholesaler compliance with WEA and AOE performance standards. Supervise PTR / PTC initiatives and address issues or opportunities. Participate in monthly WPR reviews to monitor key metrics and retail execution. QUALIFICATIONS : B.A / B.S in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred. At least four years of ABI experience in Field Sales and Management. Strong knowledge of ABI sales and marketing strategies, processes, tools, and analytics. Effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Strong planning and pricing skills. Leadership ability to motivate teams and grow market share. Experience with Digital Sales Tools and EDI. Strategic thinking and results-oriented planning skills. Analytical skills to interpret data and develop action plans. Experience with Operations/Logistics and retail key-account sales. Excellent people leadership and development skills.
