Preferred Qualification: Manager / Senior Manager, Win XO, Sales Strategy and Execution Position Overview We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager to accelerate PayPal's Win Checkout initiative by optimizing our sales pipeline and driving cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex sales processes, conduct detailed analysis, track multiple processes / deals, analyze deal viability, and ensure seamless coordination between multiple stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of execution. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management & Sales Operations Own end-to-end management of the Win Checkout sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression tracking Develop and maintain comprehensive pipeline reporting and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and trends Create standardized processes for deal evaluation, approval workflows, and stage-gate progression Monitor deal velocity and identify bottlenecks that could impact revenue targets Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management Serve as the central point of coordination between Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and other key teams Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication of priorities, timelines, and dependencies Develop senior stakeholder reporting and create materials for driving weekly steering committee meetings Drive accountability across teams by establishing clear ownership, deliverables, and deadlines Escalate blockers and resource constraints to leadership with proposed solutions Deal Analysis & Strategic Assessment Conduct comprehensive financial and strategic analysis of potential deals, including ROI calculations, risk assessments, and competitive positioning in conjunction with various finance teams, bringing challenge and a comprehensive view Challenge assumptions and validate business cases presented by internal teams and external partners Develop frameworks for deal prioritization based on strategic value, implementation complexity, and resource requirements – translate into pipeline Create deal recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale and supporting data, considering all levers available Information Management & Intelligence Gathering Proactively collate customer feedback to inform sales strategy Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Win Checkout capabilities, roadmap, and competitive differentiators Create and maintain comprehensive deal documentation and knowledge repository Ensure all stakeholders have access to accurate, timely information needed for decision-making Core Competencies Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to challenge assumptions and validate business cases Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to C-level executives Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in matrix organizations without direct authority Self-directed with strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes Required Experience & Qualifications Professional Background Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in operations or strategic initiatives a leading consulting firm or within technology companies Previous experience in fintech or e-commerce preferred Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with revenue impact Experience working directly with cross-functional teams Technical & Analytical Skills Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar) Strong financial modeling capabilities with experience in deal evaluation and ROI analysis Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management tools Experience with project management methodologies and tools Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 - PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
