Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Sales Operations to lead key initiatives that drive scalable growth across the revenue organization. In this role, you'll oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, enablement programs, and tech stack optimization-empowering Sales and GTM teams to execute with clarity and precision. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Executive leadership to inform decisions through actionable data and agile collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Forecast Strategy: Build and refine forecasting models to track deal velocity, win/loss trends, and quota attainment. Provide executive-level insights to drive growth and accountability.
- Revenue Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain scalable reporting for QBRs, monthly reviews, and board presentations. Deliver insights that support informed decision-making and frontline coaching.
- Territory Design & ICP Alignment: Design segmentation and territory strategies based on market opportunity and Ideal Customer Profiles. Partner with Marketing to enhance share-of-market.
- Sales Tech Stack Optimization: Lead the strategy and implementation of tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft to improve productivity, outreach efficiency, and performance tracking.
- Enablement & Onboarding: Oversee onboarding and ongoing learning pathways, supporting team development through content hubs and continuous training efforts.
- Go-To-Market Readiness: Drive GTM alignment by supporting product training and launch readiness. Serve as a feedback loop between the field and the product roadmap.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Implement governance standards and audit processes to ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management to align goals, remove operational barriers, and support organizational agility.
Requirements
What You Bring
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement, with increasing leadership responsibility
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS and healthcare GTM strategies
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, and Excel or similar analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through clear, data-backed insights
- Experience implementing scalable reporting frameworks, territory design, and operational playbooks
- Strong communicator and cross-functional partner with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style
