How you will make an impact Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like Lead the Team through day-to-day operations, as well as strategically guide the Revenue department to achieve Team and organizational goals Accurately prepare Monthly and Weekly Forecasts (Day by Day) for all transient segments, group (based on feedback from Sales/Conference Services) and other business units if required, i.e. function space. Ensure yield exemptions are investigated and analyzed and new business opportunities are identified Gather and analyze statistics, yield information and all other relevant information in order to identify potential new business, markets and trends, and to minimize risk Ensure Team Members have current knowledge for all relevant processes, policies and promotions to perform their duties How you will collaborate with others As Revenue Director, you will analyze and present financial data that will help the Sales and Senior executive teams to make well-informed decisions about potential new business and the market, in general. What projects you will take ownership of Prepare a market segment outlook and maintain on a daily basis by monitoring actual results versus forecast for plan achievement.
