Key Responsibilities · Design and lead a strategic roadmap for enterprise-wide revenue cycle education · Oversee curriculum development for onboarding, upskilling, and performance optimization · Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess training needs and align learning with operational goals · Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve program effectiveness · Support transformation initiatives through scalable training for system implementations and newly acquired teams · Stay ahead of industry trends and provide thought leadership in learning innovation Qualifications Your qualifications should include: · Education: Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) · Experience: 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement with leadership responsibilities · Preferred: Experience with large-scale transformation projects in provider or academic health systems · Skills: oExpertise in adult learning principles, LMS platforms, and instructional design oStrong analytical mindset with ability to link education to measurable outcomes oComfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments oExceptional communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills
