Description Job Title: Director - Respiratory Therapy Location: Sebring, FL Shift: Days

Job Summary: Responsible for the daily operations of the Respiratory Therapy department including all administrative, fiscal, and technical activities to ensure efficient provision of high quality health care services. The Director is responsible for quality control activities, performance improvement, and clinical operations of the department. Additionally, the Director plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the work of the department and coordinates its efforts with other areas of the hospital. The Director is also responsible for meeting all regulatory requirements related to Respiratory Therapy.

Qualifications: Associate Degree/ Graduate of a school of Respiratory Therapy

Minimum of five (5) years of Respiratory Therapy Manager experience.

Current Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida

Current BLS and ACLS. PALS required

This position is currently reporting to the CNO at the facility

There are 10.5 FTEs in the department to oversee
