Overview Director- Research & Development Tax Credits (R&D) role at EisnerAmper. The organization seeks a Director for its Research & Development Tax Credit practice, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and growing the practice. What Work You Will Be Responsible For Responsible for managing and coordinating R&D tax credit consulting services for clients. Preparing the necessary qualitative and quantitative documentation to support R&D tax credit claims. Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services. Research and consult on technical matters and special projects. Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service. Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects. Manage, train, and develop staff. Participate in the performance review process. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field 10+ years of Accounting Experience and/or Research & Development Credits (R&D) Preferred/Desired Qualifications Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or other CPA or equivalent About EisnerAmper EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. Location & Compensation Preferred Location: New York For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between 120,000 and 250,000. Ranges may vary by geography and will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
