In this role, you'll lead a team of Account Directors responsible for both expanding existing enterprise relationships and winning new business. You'll drive execution across the full sales cycle and play a key role in accelerating our path to $1B+ in revenue.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product-and gain visibility with senior leadership as you shape our regional go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do as Director, Regional Sales:
Lead and coach a team of Account Directors selling into enterprise and strategic accounts
Drive both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing customers
Build a culture of consultative selling using frameworks like MEDDIC and value-based selling
Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and customer success
Own regional sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline health
Collaborate with channel partners to extend market reach and drive growth
What You'll Bring as Director, Regional Sales:
5+ years of enterprise sales leadership, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS
Track record of leading teams responsible for both new business and account growth
Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and territory strategy
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
Comfort working cross-functionally and with channel partners
