As a Director, Regional Accounts you will be a powerhouse for boosting business in your region. The impact you'll make:
Demonstrate a passion for understanding practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplace. Demonstrate an understanding of issues relevant to the broad organization, ability to synthesize data to accurately assess situations and find actionable solutions.
Ensure information reaches all parties to avoid unnecessary surprises. Ensure appropriate product for the clubs are forecasted accordingly.
Understand and anticipate how business plans and actions will impact company and the customer financially. Realize the long-term business and financial implications of decisions made. Monitor budget controls on an ongoing basis such as case spending and travel expenses.
Leverage understanding of key business drivers, such as customers, consumers, competitors, and company, to get results. Maintain customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer problems, partners with other functions, department to meet customer needs.
Manage account communication on promotions and execution opportunities. Mentor, supervise and lead the team; develop team members; set and communicate goals and objectives; measure accomplishments and hold people accountable; provide guidance and feedback; keep team informed.
Model exemplary behavior and seek out opportunities to share information, suggestions and advice. Identify the needs of their teams and follow up to get the necessary tools needed for their employees, funding, computers, etc.
Take action to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement, i.e., finding solutions for unique club packaging demands.
Summarize and disseminate information in a timely manner with appropriate frequency. Ability to assist in developing a sound and profitable contract that fits within our guidelines and assist in selling this contract into the retailer.
Remain current on industry news (e.g., industry associations, trade magazines) to understand marketplace changes and trends.
Monitor and track competitors to gain competitive intelligence (e.g., business models and strategies) to be used in engaging prospects and customers (e.g., service and product comparisons, creating customer solutions, etc.).
Who you are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications or related field of study
Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in developing, implementing business strategies to boost company performance
Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in sales environment, beverage industry preferred
Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $88,440 - $117,920. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
