Your Vision: Annual Quality & Performance Improvement Plan: Develop and present a dynamic plan that outlines our goals and progress, keeping management informed and engaged. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Certifications: Professional certification in healthcare quality or compliance is a plus! Experience: A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a business setting. At least 7 years of experience specifically in healthcare compliance, quality improvement, and/or licensing. Supervisory experience is preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience working with governmental regulatory bodies and managing healthcare compliance policies. Behavioral Health Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the behavioral health service delivery system and treatment methods, including inpatient, residential, PHP/IOP, and outpatient services. Quality Improvement Skills: Strong understanding of quality and performance improvement methodologies, applicable standards, and regulations. Risk Assessment: Demonstrated ability to implement continuous risk assessment and monitoring methodologies in a healthcare setting. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and mediate among diverse clinical, administrative, and support staff.
