Responsibilities
include: Lead multiple project teams, managing day-to-day program development and execution in compliance with our standard processes
Lead and manage process re-engineering efforts in collaboration with the customer, ensuring the development of clear and unambiguous program requirements and effectively managing customer expectations
Ensure effective communication with our customers
Baseline new initiatives in accordance with the cost, schedule, and performance requirements, developing effective metrics
Effectively manage multiple teammates and stakeholders, developing clear statements of work
Manage scope change and facilitate value added improvements to projects
Qualifications Qualifications
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Prior experience working with state or federal government agencies
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
Demonstrated successful track record delivering complex information technology-based systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of program management experience
