Construction Project Director - Serves as the cornerstone leader of the team. DUTIES : Lead by example in Core Promise to OUTDO and Core Purpose to build great leaders in all aspects of project management and great leadership. Drive the development and maintenance of a positive team culture that fosters collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor team workload and propose personnel additions, or changes to optimize team composition. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team. Develop outstanding relationships with internal and external clients, conducting routine client and site visits. Monitor project budgets, track project expenses, manage project costs and adjust as necessary REQUIREMENTS : 2-4 year degree in construction management or similar, or equivalent experience. Experience in structural steel construction. Skill in empowering team members by delegating tasks appropriately while providing guidance and support, ability to effectively manage remote teams. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam software programs.
