Job Summary: Our client, a global medical device company is seeking a  Director of Program Management  to lead their global transformation from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. This high-impact role will oversee the full program lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution and delivery—ensuring alignment across global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and finance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the global SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA implementation program. Drive business process reengineering aligned with industry best practices. Manage program governance, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation. Oversee program planning, budgeting, and execution in a matrixed environment. Ensure organizational readiness through change management and training. Communicate program vision and progress to executive leadership and stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (MBA preferred). 10+ years of SAP implementation experience. 5+ years in a regulated industry (medical device/biomedical preferred). Proven success leading a global SAP S/4HANA implementation from ECC6. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Preferred Skills & Experience: Deep understanding of SAP systems, modules, and best practices. Experience with GxP and ISO validation protocols. Familiarity with SAFE Agile and LEAN principles. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in program governance, RAID logs, and change control. Knowledge of hyperscaler infrastructure and global data migration strategies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage organizational change.
