Responsibilities : Strategic Leadership & Vision Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers across multiple sectors Define and execute Matterport’s product marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and CoStar Group’s enterprise goals. Partner with the VP of Marketing to translate Matterport’s innovation in digital twins, spatial data, and AI technology into compelling market positioning. Ensure unified messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all verticals, while allowing for tailored sector-specific strategies. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Oversee and standardize the go-to-market process for product and feature launches, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Research, and Technology teams to develop integrated GTM plans that drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Lead the creation of differentiated value propositions, use-case narratives, and customer journey frameworks across all Matterport verticals. Support sales enablement through the development of playbooks, positioning guides and competitive intelligence tools. Market Insights & Performance Optimization Champion market intelligence initiatives, gathering insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity to inform product direction and marketing strategy. Establish reporting frameworks to evaluate GTM performance, marketing effectiveness, and ROI across all product lines. Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that influence both product roadmaps and marketing programs. Team Development & Organizational Leadership Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers and senior individual contributors. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration—empowering team members to take ownership of vertical-specific strategies. Drive alignment and communication between the product marketing function, broader Marketing organization, and executive leadership. Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for customer-centric, insight-driven marketing practices. Thought Leadership & Industry Presence Represent Matterport as a senior marketing voice at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements. Partner with external organizations and media to enhance Matterport’s visibility as the market leader in digital twin and spatial data innovation. Support CoStar Group’s broader brand initiatives by contributing to cross-portfolio storytelling and corporate thought leadership programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College. 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in product marketing leadership roles. Proven success in building and scaling product marketing teams, preferably within technology, SaaS, or proptech industries. Deep understanding of go-to-market planning, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and influence cross-functional alignment. Strong analytical mindset with a track record of turning data into strategic action. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences. A track record of commitment to prior employers. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Passion for technology and innovation, with expertise in areas such as AI, data, and digital experience platforms.
