Director Product Management

Overview
Director, Product Management is an integral leadership position in defining, executing and owning the product strategy and lifecycle tasks for a portfolio of ResMan products. The Director provides management and leadership for product team resources. Industry experience in multifamily property management software and services is a plus.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
Provide SaaS-based solutions to customers
Gather, analyze, and prioritize inputs from product analytics, financial data, customers, industry resources, and internal stakeholders into justifiable product requirements that drive the product vision
Ensure that products achieve their targeted revenue and usage goals
Own product roadmaps and prioritize development based on business and customer impact
Gain a deep understanding of the customer (including customer segments and user personas)
Work closely with software engineering teams to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources
Provide leadership and direct supervision of product team resources
Foster a positive team culture and oversee team development, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching
Drive competitive assessment of your product and collaborate with the sales channel to identify and address industry and product trends
Partner with Sales, Marketing and BizOps to plan and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts including pricing, positioning strategies, collateral, sales tools, presentations, demos, and competitive battlecards
Qualifications
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
5+ years of SaaS product management experience, including product ownership
Passionate about product management and user experience
Extensive product management expertise, including product analytics, market trends/analysis, GTM process, roadmap development, and lifecycle management
Strong experience in a SCRUM Agile environment
Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional and matrixed teams
Demonstrated ability to lead, work independently, and take initiative
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and accountability
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Pendo, Figma, JIRA, Aha!, Salesforce, and Asana
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
