Position Summary

As the Director of Product Management, you will manage a team of product managers focused on developing advanced AI-based features that empower enterprises to secure and intelligently manage their Android mobile ecosystems. You will define and drive the long-term product strategy, prioritize feature development, and ensure delivery of highly impactful, customer-centric AI solutions.

Position Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy Lead and grow a high-performing team of product managers responsible for AI-enabled security and intelligence products on Android devices Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with enterprise mobility and AI innovation Partner closely with engineering, design, research, data science, and go-to-market teams to bring intelligent mobile features to market Represent the voice of enterprise customers and end-users, ensuring AI products deliver measurable value and world-class experiences AI & Mobile Product Development Drive development of on-device AI capabilities focused on enabling Intelligence and Security based features Identify and prioritize new product opportunities at the intersection of AI, mobile security, and enterprise management Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, validate feasibility, and guide the implementation of machine learning models on-device Market & Customer Focus Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product direction Engage directly with key enterprise customers and partners to gather insights, define pain points, and refine product offerings Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for new AI-based features and solutions, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Required Skills

Engineering degree in EE, CS or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 12+ years of product management experience 8+ years in leadership roles, ideally in enterprise mobility, security, or AI-driven products Proven success delivering AI-enabled mobile solutions, particularly for the Android platform in enterprise settings Highly experienced in leading 0 to 1 product initiatives, validating product-market fit and driving such innovations to scalable market releases Deep understanding of mobile security, device management, AI/ML technologies, and on-device intelligence frameworks Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product launches Experience defining product roadmaps and go-to-market plans in highly regulated or security-sensitive environments Strong customer orientation and ability to translate complex needs into scalable, intuitive solutions Able to travel internationally (

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.
