ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical, and Commercial teams to align on product development and commercialization strategies. Partner with key stakeholders to translate scientific insights into actionable development plans that align with disease-specific market opportunities. Oversee the governance of portfolio decisions, overseeing quality, issue resolution and ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and financial/resource constraints. Support lifecycle management by driving indication expansion, product enhancements, and next-generation development planning. Develop and implement program strategies and operational frameworks to ensure efficiency in product development, launch readiness, and resource allocation. Partner with Senior Director to ensure strategic alignment and contribute to Novocure’s broader portfolio strategy. Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, providing visibility into product development progress, resource allocation, and strategic priorities. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with Novocure’s portfolio strategy and disease-area needs. Serve as the key point of contact for product development strategy, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Drive and lead change management initiatives, executing project plans to optimize product innovation and market execution. QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field (MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in product development, strategy, or portfolio management within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry; oncology experience preferred. Proven experience leading complex product development initiatives in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across R&D, regulatory, clinical, commercial, and medical teams. Strong ability to translate scientific innovation into executable product strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market demands. Expertise in data analytics, business intelligence tools, and product lifecycle management to drive strategic portfolio decisions and optimize development pathways. Strong understanding of oncology product development, market access, and regulatory considerations, with experience evaluating investment strategies, risk assessment, and market expansion opportunities. Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing business needs, and execute product strategies in a fast-paced environment. Strong executive presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and drive cross-functional alignment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to drive alignment at all levels of the organization.
