The Director, Product & AI Consulting is responsible for owning and driving the development of product strategy, leading comprehensive research initiatives, and overseeing roadmap alignment across multiple product lines. This role collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives and continuous product innovation.

The Director, Product & AI Consulting is responsible for owning and driving the development of product strategy, leading comprehensive research initiatives, and overseeing roadmap alignment across multiple product lines. This role collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic objectives and continuous product innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and drive product strategy, from identifying key problems to delivering strategic recommendations that align with business goals.
- Lead and drive key accounts and nurture growth opportunities including developing pitches and account growth strategies
- Oversee comprehensive research methodologies, ensuring data-driven insights inform product decisions.
- Develop and manage new product roadmaps, ensuring alignment across multiple product lines and business priorities.
- Apply strategic analysis to generate actionable insights that support business growth and competitive insights.
- Champion AI-driven product innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance product offerings and efficiency.
- Establish and refine product development processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Oversee high-level business case development, ensuring sound financial and strategic rationale for product investments.
- Define and implement the organizational go-to-market strategy, optimizing product positioning and market impact.
- Create structured frameworks for requirements management, enhancing clarity, prioritization, and execution.
- Drive innovation through concept development, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Direct and facilitate high-impact workshops, ensuring alignment and engagement among key stakeholders.
- 10-15 years’ overall experience in product management, consulting, or related discipline.
- Expertise in product strategy development and execution.
- Management consulting experience required.
- Advanced research and data analysis capabilities.
- Proven ability to define and drive multi-product roadmap planning.
- Extensive knowledge of technical product development processes.
- Understanding of AI applications in product management.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
