This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a pricing and monetization expert passionate about driving revenue growth through innovation and experimentation. You will define and execute holistic pricing, packaging, and product-led growth strategies that directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams, you’ll guide the organization in building scalable monetization models while anticipating market shifts. This is a highly visible role with influence across product, marketing, sales, and finance—ideal for a data-savvy, creative leader who thrives in high-growth environments.
Accountabilities:
Define and lead the company’s global pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy in alignment with long-term growth goals
Develop and execute innovative models for pricing and product packaging, including experimentation to optimize adoption and revenue
Identify key opportunities across the product lifecycle—from onboarding to upsell—to maximize monetization and customer lifetime value
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational execution
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on pricing direction and monetization impact
Leverage market research and data insights to anticipate trends and implement best-in-class SaaS pricing approaches
Drive financial outcomes through revenue optimization and competitive pricing structures
Lead product-led growth initiatives, improving user experience and conversion through thoughtful monetization tactics
Requirements
10+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or growth strategy roles, with at least 3 years at the senior leadership level
Demonstrated success in designing and launching monetization strategies with clear business impact
Deep knowledge of SaaS markets and pricing methodologies, with global and scalable experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across the organization
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in high-growth environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred

Salary range: $225,000 – $277,000 USD (OTE), depending on experience and location
