Overview KPMG is seeking a Director, Practice Operations to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities Provide executive-level support to the Enterprise Architecture & Analysis (EA&A) leader, contributing to strategic direction and operational management of the organization
Identify priorities requiring senior leadership attention; own and continuously improve the organization's operating cadence, including executive team meetings and leadership offsites
Oversee team communications and engagement activities (newsletters, town halls, leadership updates); support workforce planning, talent development, and financial oversight; provide operational guidance to leaders across the organization
Create executive-level presentations aligned to strategic vision; develop dashboards with meaningful insights and propose action steps for optimal business results; analyze metrics in areas such as projects and portfolio management
Own and manage enablement activities across the organization, including onboarding, certifications, and continuous learning programs; monitor progress and ensure alignment with capability needs
Direct special projects within the organization as assigned by the EA&A leader
Participate in major technology initiatives and programs as requested; collaborate with national practices and business enablement teams; represent the EA&A leader in operational areas when appropriate
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications Minimum ten years of recent experience in business administration or a related field
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice to executive management; skill in collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with GenAI-related tools
Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to build strong professional relationships and influence at all organizational levels
Creative thinker able to identify innovative business solutions and set strategic initiatives; ability to develop strategic organizational and resource plans
Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship available for this role
