Accountabilities: Define, prioritize, and manage the roadmap for shared platform services, including AI-enabled components, authentication, core APIs, data storage, and infrastructure scalability. Ensure architectural alignment across product teams, promoting reuse, efficiency, and technical consistency. Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, adoption, and performance, fostering a data-driven culture. Act as the internal champion and communicator of platform capabilities, trade-offs, and long-term vision. Support strategic technology integration partnerships, evaluating market fit and integration requirements. Assist in M&A reviews and technical due diligence, assessing product fit, technology stack, and integration feasibility. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback into roadmap planning and platform enhancements. Requirements Minimum 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years managing B2B SaaS platforms, APIs, or platform services. Strong technical understanding of complex architectures, distributed systems, and cloud technologies. Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable, prioritized platform strategies. Exceptional communication and influence skills, capable of aligning cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. Experience in fast-growing, private equity-backed environments is advantageous. Preferred: familiarity with AI services, EdTech or L&D platforms, technology partnerships, M&A integration, and enterprise security/compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, FERPA).
