Job Summary:
Leads the development and execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives in close partnership with the physician enterprise and marketing and communication teams. Supports Adventist Health's employed and affiliated physician network by driving engagement, alignment, and growth across physician services. Leads communications to physicians, ensuring consistent, timely, and meaningful messaging that supports clinical, operational, and strategic priorities. Oversees communications that promote quality care, clinical performance, value-based care initiatives, and open enrollment.
Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communication or related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Master's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related field: Preferred Seven years' of progressive experience in marketing and/or communications roles: Preferred Five years' of leadership experience: Preferred Experience in a healthcare system, hospital, or similarly complex organization or highly regulated industry: Required Essential Functions: Designs and manages a comprehensive physician communication strategy that fosters strong engagement. Ensures timely, relevant, and consistent messaging through all channels, tailored to the needs of both employed and partnered physicians. Collaborates with clinic operations leadership to create communications that elevate the patient experience and promote achievement of quality goals in ambulatory care settings. Develops and executes marketing campaigns that drive clinic growth and new patients. Develops communications and educational materials related to clinical care and quality, working closely with clinical leadership to translate complex topics to varied audiences. Coordinates open enrollment marketing and communications by working cross-functionally to deliver cohesive messaging to patients and providers. Supports and communicates value-based care initiatives by developing education materials and messaging that informs and engages providers and patients, using these materials to enhance understanding of care models, quality incentives, and performance outcomes.
