Base pay range $190,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex healthcare capital projects from inception through completion Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients to understand their facility needs Create and implement project delivery strategies aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal staff Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance for healthcare facilities Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including AHCA, FGI Guidelines, and Joint Commission standards Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 10+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects Strong understanding of healthcare facility regulations and standards Proven track record of successful project delivery in healthcare environments Experience with capital planning and healthcare-specific project budgeting Excellent communication and client relationship management skills PMP certification preferred Healthcare-specific certifications (ACHA, CHC, LEED) advantageous
