In this role, you will promote the health system service standards and create a highly engaged, patient focused, caring environment that addresses the needs of patients and their families in an individualized manner. Function as a key clinical leader who communicates regularly with the physician leader, site leadership and system leadership. Foster an environment of collaboration and respect with interprofessional colleagues and the entire health care team.

Job Qualifications:
Master's degree required.
Bachelor's or master's degree must be in nursing.
Current license as a registered professional nurse, plus specialized certifications as needed.
At least eight (8) years nursing experience in the peri-operative space with evidence of least three (3) of those years' progressive leadership experience at the Manager level or higher.
The salary range for this position is $130,300-$228,000/year. *
