Microsoft is hiring a Director, Partner Marketing Americas - Small, Medium Enterprise & Channels (SME&C SI) . With a vision to "Build and sell intelligent cloud and intelligent edge solutions with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," this role is part of the Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization, which drives revenue outcomes through innovative partner solutions.
The Global Partner Go-To-Market (GTM), Programs, & Operations (GPO) team manages go-to-market strategies, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and enhance partner experience across segments.
In this role, you will engage with Channel partners in your region, develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leverage Microsoft tools and best practices, and build strong stakeholder relationships. You will also act as a trusted advisor, grow your industry knowledge, and contribute to team and company success.
Responsibilities include:
Champion Security within Americas Channel Partner Marketing, creating clarity on Partner Strategy and supporting partner programs and activities.
Define and track key offerings and calls-to-action across Security Solution Plays, lead security business reviews, and represent marketing in regional/global security reviews.
Lead marketing strategy, campaign development, and solution launches aligned to partner solutions for Microsoft cloud.
Create messaging, marketing content, offers, incentives, and coordinate PR and events.
Understand partner business and objectives, ensure alignment of GTM activities, and measure impact with KPIs and OKRs.
Manage budgets, leverage global investments for scalable programs, and use technical expertise to become a thought leader.
Develop new capabilities and partner experiences to provide competitive advantages.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 7+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience; experience working with partner ecosystems, security technologies, and creating effective campaigns.
Preferred: Master's Degree or additional years of relevant experience; experience with Microsoft Security technologies, product management, and leading in matrixed environments.
