Microsoft is hiring a
Director, Partner Marketing Americas - Small, Medium Enterprise & Channels (SME&C) . This role is part of the Global Channel Partner Sales (GCPS) organization, which drives revenue with partners through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target markets.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor to partners.
Ensuring effective execution of marketing plans, optimizing incentives, and measuring KPIs and OKRs to track impact.
Leading creation of messaging, marketing content, offers, and joint PR and event marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
Experience in a customer/partner-facing role, working with partner ecosystems, and with Security technologies.
Strong communication skills, experience with go-to-market strategies, and ability to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Security technologies and product management.
