Central Florida Behavioral Hospital is a -bed, private psychiatric center located in Orlando, FL. The hospital provides -hour emergency services. Central Florida Behavioral Hospital offers a full continuum of care including inpatient treatment services for children, adolescents and adults; and partial hospitalization, intensive out-patient and ECT services for adults. Position Summary
The Director of Outpatient Services has overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, supervising and implementing treatment programs and the delivery of services, in an effective manner, for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Services. The Medical Director supervises the clinical aspects and responsibilities of the Director of Outpatient Services. The Chief Executive Officer supervises the administrative and day-to-day functions of the Director of Outpatient Services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Oversees activities directly related to the provision of the treatment for the Partial Hospitalization Program and the Intensive Outpatient Program.
Directs and coordinates the activities of treatment services for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient departments.
Directs, supervises and evaluates the work activities of the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Coordinators.
Reviews financial documents and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction and department improvement.
Develops and implements actions to meet financial goals, reduce costs and improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Reviews and monitors work schedules, work hours and staffing plans of the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.

Qualifications
A Masters degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of five (5) years direct clinical experience specific to individual and group therapy. Must have knowledge of human development over the life span. At least two (2) years experience in clinical and administrative supervision preferred.
Must have a current licensure by the State of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
