Director – Outside Plant Construction

A fast-growing Arkansas-based ISP building the state’s most reliable fiber network. With 35+ years of history and major BEAD funding secured, we’re scaling aggressively across central and southwest Arkansas. We do most of our construction with in-house crews—making this a unique opportunity to lead a team that truly owns the build, start to finish.

As Director of Outside Plant Construction , you’ll oversee all buried fiber construction activities, including drill, plow, vault, fiber pulling, restoration, and QC. You’ll manage multiple crews, drive schedules and budgets, enforce safety and quality standards, and implement the processes that allow us to scale from 25k to 50k+ passings.

We’re looking for a proven OSP/Fiber construction leader with hands-on buried fiber expertise, strong operational and financial acumen, and the ability to motivate and grow a field-heavy workforce.
