We are in search of a Nurse Director to set the strategy and vision for two hospitals in the Central Valley area. This key role involves leading exceptional teams, shaping programs, and leaving a lasting impact on families from pregnancy through childhood. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic vision and direction for maternal and pediatric services at two hospital facilities.

Team Leadership & Development: Guide, motivate, mentor, and cultivate high-performing nursing teams in Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Women's Services, creating a culture of excellence, responsibility, and continual growth.

Collaboration & Growth: Collaborate effectively with hospital leadership, physicians, and community leaders to develop service lines and expand access to exceptional patient care.

Program Development: Develop and execute innovative programs that support families from pregnancy to childhood.

Operational & Financial Oversight: Provide guidance on financial and operational performance, ensuring the delivery of top-quality care while optimizing resource utilization.

Innovation & Best Practices: Implement fresh approaches and best practices, advocating for evidence-based care and patient-centered delivery models.

What You Bring:

License: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics. Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required . Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred .

Certifications: ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications required . Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) certification preferred .
