Director of US Operations to $110K - Unique Schedule and Growing Opportunity! Our client, a prestigious consulting firm, is seeking a dynamic Director of US Operations to lead their Boston office! This role offers the opportunity to manage operations while building client relationships in the competitive admissions space. You'll enjoy a unique Sunday-Thursday schedule from 11am-7pm with Friday and Saturday weekends. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership experience and thrives in multicultural environments. Position Details: Location: Boston, MA Work Model: In office Degree: Required Responsibilities include overseeing office operations and budget management; leading and developing a team of counselors; collaborating with global partners to achieve aggressive client acquisition goals; managing complex client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery; coordinating travel logistics and participating in international business trips (2-3 weeks, twice yearly); and fostering cross-cultural team collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and management experience, excellent written communication and problem-solving skills, experience in business operations or educational counseling, customer service expertise, and the desire to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
