This full-time position is responsible for designing and executing a strategic corporate giving program across the U.S., with a focus on securing and growing high-value partnerships of $50K and above. The role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, deepening corporate engagement, and ensuring alignment with All Hands and Hearts’ mission and long-term organizational objectives.

Essential Functions
Lead and implement a comprehensive U.S. corporate fundraising strategy that supports annual and long-term revenue goals.
Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a dynamic portfolio of corporate partners, with a primary focus on managing high-value accounts.
Proactively identify and pursue new corporate funding opportunities, including multi-year partnerships and cross-sector collaborations.
Must achieve established fundraising goals in accordance with defined monetary goals.
Develop tailored proposals and donor-facing materials that align with organizational priorities and the philanthropic goals of supporters.
Drive in-kind support strategies in coordination with operational and field needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of partnerships, brand alignment, and recognition.
Coordinate with international business line to ensure a unified global corporate engagement strategy.
Oversee the administration of corporate grants, ensuring complete documentation, accurate financial tracking, and timely development and delivery of progress reports.
Maintain oversight of the corporate giving portfolio in Salesforce, ensuring accurate donor records, updated pipelines, and timely reporting for strategic tracking and team-wide accountability.
Monitor corporate giving trends and proactively recommend strategic adjustments.
Prepare customized updates and high-level reports for co-founders, board members, and executive leadership as needed, particularly on the status of corporate fundraising progress and accomplishments.
Represent AHAH at relevant conferences, industry events, and in person donor and partner meetings.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members involved in corporate partnerships.
Perform other duties as assigned, especially during high-volume periods or disaster activations.
Position Requirements
Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Related Experience5+ years of fundraising experience with a proven track record in corporate giving and business development at a non-profit organization. Experience with fundraising analytics, donor lifecycle strategy, and prospect research tools is preferred.
Special Competencies/Certifications Excellent written and oral communication skills and confidence working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; Slack and Microsoft Office. Confidence in Salesforce or other relatable donor based CRMs is required, including experience with portfolio management, data integrity oversight, dashboard development, and revenue reporting. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams, lead cross-functional initiatives, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidates should bring a high degree of emotional intelligence and relationship-building acumen.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation The typical starting salary is $71,250-$77,500, based on skills and experience, and up to $83,750 for highly qualified candidates who have previously held this role.
