Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations: cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and cash movement management
• Oversee bank relationships, account management, and strategic banking operations
• Maintain compliance with credit and debt reporting requirements
• Develop cash targets, liquidity models, and forecast variance tracking
• Manage debt, covenant compliance, and related financing documentation
• Support M&A activity from a treasury perspective
• Provide strategic financial guidance and cash/debt projections to executive leadership
• Conduct interest rate and liquidity stress testing
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial policy and capital strategy

Qualifications

• 6+ years of treasury experience, including 2+ years in leadership
• At least 1 year with a publicly traded company
• Multi-entity experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality) preferred
• Exposure to high-growth, acquisitive environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CTP certification preferred, not required
• Independent and resourceful professional who can operate with minimal supervision
