Director of Treasury

Pay: $150,000–$200,000 + 50% bonus + profit sharing

We’re partnering with a privately held group of companies to fill a newly created Director of Treasury role reporting directly to the CFO. What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, debt compliance, and bank relationships

Oversee liquidity planning, working capital, and distribution forecasting

Administer and control enterprise bank accounts and applications

Partner with business leaders to assess financing strategies and capital investments

Manage lender relationships, ensuring transparency and strength in external partnerships

Oversee corporate insurance coverage across all related companies

Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and insights

Provide ad hoc financial analyses to leadership as needed

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)

10+ years in finance, accounting, or treasury leadership roles

Strong accounting knowledge; experience in private credit a plus

Proven experience managing liquidity and raising capital from external sources

Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills; Power BI experience preferred

Excellent communication skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership

Highly ethical, analytical, curious, and solution-oriented
