Experience leading new store openings and onboarding new operators

First hand knowledge of implementing and rolling out a new restaurant training platform

Skilled in creating and updating training content for hourly and leadership teams

Strong collaborator with HR and Operations to support retention and engagement

Comfortable with hands-on coaching and in-field training across locations Director of Training – Preferred Background & Skills Background in QSR or fast-casual concepts with franchisee systems

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities

Track record of improving training outcomes and boosting team performance

Organized, energetic, and ready to roll up your sleeves
