Overview We’re seeking a driven Specialty Pharmacy Sales Executive / Account Executive to expand access to customized specialty therapies while driving growth across an assigned territory. In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, strengthening provider relationships, and positioning our therapeutic solutions as a trusted partner for prescribers, payers, and health systems. This role blends territory ownership with strategic account management, requiring a consultative sales approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Growth: Achieve territory sales goals for customized medications, therapies, and services by expanding new prescriptions, gaining new practices and prescribers, and growing business within existing accounts. Territory & Pipeline Management: Develop and execute a territory plan, conduct field sales calls 4–5 days per week, and utilize CRM tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and business reviews. Provider & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, referral coordinators, case managers, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers. Partner with manufacturer representatives and attend industry events to strengthen visibility and market presence. Consultative Sales & Education: Deliver high-value presentations and conversations with providers, staying up to date on specialty medications, therapies, and industry trends. Provide resources that support patient adherence and access to therapies. Collaboration & Advocacy: Work closely with internal teams—including clinical staff, reimbursement, operations, and marketing—to ensure seamless provider and patient support. Assist with resolving access barriers such as prior authorizations or payer challenges. Ethics & Compliance: Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity, adhering to all regulations, HIPAA, and company standards. Qualifications 5+ years of successful sales experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare services Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex territories. Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level and clinical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
