Laboratory Director Or Director Of Technical Operations

Laboratory Director or Director of Technical Operations opening at a state-of-the-art laboratory located outside of Cleveland, Ohio! This organization is looking for a hands on and seasoned laboratory director to help them build their team of supervisors and technologists and technicians. This is a unique opportunity for any laboratory leader to be able to build a laboratory and a team from scratch!

For consideration, applicants must have his or her BS degree in Medical Technology (or a related field) as well as a MS or MBA. National certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required. Applicants should also have previous leadership experience in a high volume CLIA/CAP/OSHA accredited laboratory and should also have experience in managing supervisors as well as teams.
