In this significant role, you will design, implement, and refine policies and processes that boost the efficiency of our recruiting operations and enrich our network of referrals. You will take ownership of the search Profit & Loss (P&L) and lead the recruitment function, becoming the main point of contact for client queries. Your responsibilities include establishing key performance indicators for recruiting, collaborating with our marketing and community teams, and partnering with the Head of Engineering to innovate our technology products. The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in executive search, excelling in placing high-level candidates and orchestrating successful recruitment operations. This leadership role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive and self-starting nature, and comfort with technology.
