Job Description

This role is ideal for a hands-on, solutions-oriented supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed.

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory planning, and vendor management.

Manage and develop a small internal team, including a Supply Chain Manager and Purchasing Specialists.

Oversee relationships with 3PL providers on the East and West Coasts to ensure timely, cost-effective distribution and warehousing.

Optimize procurement processes for a wide range of raw materials across a complex SKU mix (100s to 1000s).

Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.

Drive process improvements, establish KPIs, and implement best practices in supply chain management.

Report directly to the VP of Operations.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 2 years at the Director level.

Experience leading small but high-impact supply chain teams.

Strong background in food & beverage preferred; open to candidates from health & wellness or pharmaceutical industries.

Proven experience working with 3PL providers and managing large SKU portfolios.

Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence across all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
