Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key leadership position for growth and achieving annual budget, strategic volumes for the St. Louis Region, with direct responsibility for our north & south submarkets, supporting DePaul Hospital and St. Clare Hospital as well as our regional medical groups including academics & community providers. This role leads strategic growth, drives expansion and outreach for our hospital ministries and SSM Medical Group. This role leads strategic planning, new program proposals, new or expansion site projects for expanding access and key programmatic growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluates business opportunities and builds effective relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment. Interacts with regional, system, hospital and medical group leadership and must demonstrate a strong executive presence, presentation skills and history of collaboration and bringing together teams Identifies and fosters business development opportunities and develops strategies to advance the clinical program growth, outreach, and expansion initiatives. Collaborates and leads to develop strategic market-based plans to support growth across key service lines and programs Direct partnership with hospital and medical group leadership to improve access for patients, new program development and outreach to expand the academic footprint of Review, create and evaluate market research, financial analysis, and revenue expansion proposals EDUCATION Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education; Master’s Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE Seven years' experience, with two years' in leadership
