In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in defining and executing innovative go-to-market strategies aimed at launching and scaling client referral programs. Your expertise will drive co-selling initiatives and secure high-impact partnership agreements, enhancing our mission to empower enterprise-level customers to engage their clients in meaningful ways, leading to significant boosts in conversion rates. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will collaborate with digital agencies, SaaS providers, and strategic collaborators to ensure alignment with our customer acquisition and retention goals. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic partnerships, channel development, or referral programs, preferably within the B2B SaaS or MarTech sectors. A strong track record in building and scaling partnership programs is essential, along with a deep understanding of the D2C and eCommerce agency landscape. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, skilled at influencing internal and external stakeholders. You will lead onboarding, enablement, and performance management for our new partners. This is a high-impact, autonomous position within a results-driven, remote-first team. You will also represent the company at significant industry events and communities.
