The Neighborhood Retirement Community is a beautiful CCRC in Rio Rancho. Join our team as the Director of Staff Development and Resident Care (RN) , a dynamic dual-role position that blends leadership in staff training with hands-on support for resident care. In this role, you’ll lead the orientation and ongoing education of clinical staff, ensuring compliance with the latest state, federal, and public health standards. You’ll also play a key role in infection control efforts, staff competency assessments, and coordination of interdisciplinary care plans. To succeed, you’ll need strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for empowering teams to deliver exceptional care and quality of life to our residents.
