National Therapy Center specializes in working with children with a range of speech, language, motor and cognitive disorders and learning challenges.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Speech-Language Pathology to lead our department, guide clinical excellence, and inspire innovation in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to the speech-language pathology department.
Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of SLPs, CFs, and assistants.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and professional regulations.
Develop and implement best practices, evidence-based treatment programs, and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other department heads, community partners, and stakeholders to expand and enhance services.
Manage departmental budget, staffing, and operational needs.
Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification and state licensure.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
