Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Director of Specialty Deposits to spearhead and expand our team focused on specialized deposit market segments. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth, penetrate new markets, and develop a high-performing team in specialty industries such as title, escrow, 1031 exchanges, trust and estates, fintech, and payment processing. If you are a visionary leader with a proven history in specialty deposits, exceptional risk management capabilities, and the drive to exceed growth targets, we want to hear from you! The Director of Specialty Deposits will take ownership of the business line—this includes managing budgets and providing regular performance reports. We seek candidates who have at least 7 years of direct sales experience in a financial institution, particularly in specialty deposits, along with a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree and relevant certifications in treasury management are highly preferred. This role requires a strategic thinker with outstanding communication and leadership skills, who can cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the team. The Director will also ensure effective risk management, oversee compliance with regulatory standards, and lead efforts in resolving complex client issues.
