What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee the Social Services Department with compassion and professionalism

Support residents and families through care planning, transitions, and resources

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Build strong community partnerships that enhance resident care

Serve as an advocate, guide, and resource for residents, families, and staff

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) required; MSW preferred

At least 2–3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting

Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Passion for advocating for residents and supporting families
