Qualifications of the Director Social Worker:

* Valid LSW or LPC license in the state of NY (LISW preferred) * 3+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred * Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, treatment planning, and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities of the Director Social Worker:

* Provide clinical leadership and oversight of social work and counselling services * Supervise, mentor, and support social work staff and interns * Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies * Oversee intake assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation quality * Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
