Director of Social Services Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

Manage social work staff and resources effectively

Director of Social Services Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (Master’s preferred)

LSW license in Ohio.

Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of state and federal regulations for nursing homes
