Administrative

•          All operational aspects of the building maintenance

•          Onsite visits to facilities to inspect and offer suggestions and guidance on day to day operations

•          Provides leadership and direction for facility Maintenance Directors

•          Oversight of Capital Expense purchases

Qualifications

·         Two years in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility experience required

·          Life Safety, OSHA, CMS – State Survey experience required

·          Experience working with OSHPD, State/Local Officials, Contractors, Architects, Facility Staff, Fire Department required

·          Knowledge of state and federal codes related to long-term care, NFPA, ADA, etc. required

·          Construction background and/or Project Management Experience preferred but not required

·          Knowledge of DSSI and TELS preferred but not required

Consumer Services

·          Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior, and speech.

·          Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.

·          Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
