The Opportunity As Director of Service Sales, you will:
Lead, mentor, and grow the service sales team.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the footprint across commercial, institutional, and industrial markets.
Build long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver tailored HVAC service solutions.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For We are seeking a candidate with:
Proven track record in sales leadership (HVAC or technical sales strongly preferred).
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust strategies for growth.
Experience mentoring high-performing teams.
