JOB SUMMARY: Join Andy Frain Services as a motivated and multi-tasking Director of Security Operations. This role is essential for managing our Security contracts, ensuring accountability of Supervisors and staff, and overseeing the performance, service, and budget of all assigned contracts. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Oversee all aspects of security operations, ensuring employee accountability and service excellence. Provide leadership at assigned client sites, enforcing security protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring accurate reporting. Develop and implement security measures in accordance with company and legal guidelines while maintaining familiarity with emergency response procedures. Maintain essential security systems and coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance. Utilize various communication devices and software to enhance operational effectiveness, ensuring vehicle inspections and maintenance. Counsel and discipline security personnel, documenting essential actions and communicating with management as needed. Assist with onboarding and training of Security Officers, securing their understanding of job duties. Foster regular communication with the Operations Manager regarding account and officer performance. Assist with payroll processing and personnel matters as designated. Ensure adequate security staffing at all times in collaboration with management. Conduct scheduled inspections of posts and meet with staff to clarify their responsibilities. Engage with clients regularly to confirm that security requirements are met and service quality is high. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred. Willingness to undergo a background check; employment contingent on successful clearance. Bachelors degree in a related field or a comparable combination of education and experience. A minimum of 2 years experience in loss prevention and life safety systems, including 1 year in a management role in the security sector. Valid Driver's License required. Compliance with state licensing requirements is mandatory. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Additional qualifications may enhance your application.
